지식과 지혜의 차이가 무엇일까?

우리는 공부, 독서, 영화감상을 통해 얻은 지식을 머릿속 뇌에 저장한다.

지혜는 지식을 가지고 어떤 일을 해내는, 문제를 해결하는 능력이다. 지식보다 지혜가 일상생활에 더 필요할지 모른다.

여유로운 시간이 나면 전공분야 또는 관심 있는 분야의 지식을 얻는 노력을 해야 한다.

준비가 잘 되어 있을 때 우리는 그것이 필요하면 언제나 지식창고에서 지식을 꺼내어 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

우리는 학교나 회사에서 요구하는 지식을 얻기 위해 열심히 노력하지만 경험을 통해 지혜를 얻는 생활에는 익숙하지 않다. 만일 우리가 많은 지혜가 있으면 적은 지식을 가지고 인생의 문제를 잘 이겨낼 수 있다.

만일 우리가 지식만 가득 차 있고 지혜가 부족하면, 우리는 문제해결 능력이 부족하여 난관을 이겨내지 못하고 쉽게 좌절한다.

우리는 명문대 입학, 대기업 입사, 공무원 시험합격에 젊음을 낭비한다.

많은 젊은이들이 같은 꿈을 쫒아 몰려가고 있다. 요즘 취직을 못해 방황하는 젊은이들이 많이 보인다.

머릿속에 지식을 넣는 공부보다 지혜를 배우는 경험에 집중해야 한다. 미래는 다양한 사고를 요구하는 ‘우뇌의 시대’가 오고 있다.

지식과 지혜를 함께 얻는 학교 교육시스템을 새롭게 구축해야 한다.

Do you figure out the difference between knowledge and wisdom?

We store in our brain the knowledge which we get through studying, reading and watching movies.

Wisdom means ability of solving the problems of our life with the knowledge. Wisdom may be more needed than knowledge in our daily life.

When we have spare time, we should try hard to get the knowledge of the field of our business or concerns.

When it is well prepared, we can pick it out of the storage to make good use.

We try hard to get the knowledge (which is) required in the school or company, but we are not used to the life of acquiring the wisdom through our experiences.

If we have a lot of wisdom, we can overcome the difficulties of our life with a little knowledge.

If we have not only enough knowledge but little wisdom, we don't get over the difficulties and easily feel discouraged due to the lack of capabilities of solving life problems.

We waste our youth entering good colleges, getting jobs for major companies or passing the tests for becoming civil servants.

Many young people flock to chase the similar dreams. Recently we can see many young people who don't have a job and wander around.

We would rather focus on getting wisdom than piling knowledge into the head. The age of right brain requiring various thoughts for the future has come.

The new school education system should be built to get knowledge and wisdom together.
